We are governed by a voluntary Board of 7 Zimbabwean leaders from health, education, law, finance, and community development. The Board provides strategic oversight, approves budgets, and ensures we stay true to our mission. Board members receive no salary. Meet Our Board Chairman Mr Wayne Ncube

Financial Accountability
– Annual Audits: Our financial statements are audited each year by a registered public auditor as per the Board recommendation Zimbabwe.
– Program Efficiency: 92% of expenditure goes directly to program delivery. 8% covers admin and fundraising.
– Reporting: We submit annual narrative and financial reports to the Registrar of PVOs and share impact reports with all donors.
Safeguarding & Ethics
Every child deserves safety. All staff, volunteers, and Board members sign our Child Safeguarding Policy and Code of Conduct. We have zero tolerance for abuse, exploitation, or corruption.
